Any pterry.com purchase may be returned for full store credit provided it is in resaleable condition, accompanied by the original receipt and is within 10 days of original shipment. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit with original sales receipt. Before shipping the item back to us, you must email or telephone to obtain Return Approval. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
